Rectal pain and abdominal cramps

I am about 7 weeks Post TAH/BSO and have been getting sharp abdominal cramps and nausea ending up in sharp rectal pain that comes and goes. I get this once a month and it is the same thing I was getting before the operation. I also was on Lupron too. Could this be due to the Lupron which is mostly likely still in my system? Should I talk to the doctor about it?

As of today I am three weeks post LAVH/BSO Da Vinci assisted. I have had this same experience twice since my surgery? I was also given a Lupron injection one week before my hysterectomy to help ease some of my discomfort from my endometriosis/adhesion, not sure if that was more for the drug reps and doctor? I did it because I needed relief and at that point I thought all it could do was help. I go for my Post op visit tomorrow morning and I will ask my doctor and get back with you.
