Sex is not what it used to be....

I am 1 year and 4 months post op from my TAH and struggling with low libido and pain during and after intercourse.
I used to want sex ALL the time and now I really couldn't care less one way or the other, it takes me forever to warm up and orgasms have become a thing of the past.
Sex was great at first and really no different than it was pre-hyster as far as desire and orgasms went, so since I did retain my ovaries I am starting to wonder if they may be starting to fail and this may be the cause of my problems as far as libido.

The pain is another story...
I did have pain issues pre-hyster and it seemed that that had improved post-hyster.
But now it is back and it is horrendous! It is more pelvic in nature than vaginal and hurts even in my butt region, much the same as what my menstrual cramps were like and it lasts for a while after.
I woke up with horrible pains last night and it had been a full 24 hours since we had done anything. There is some spotting going on too.

My fiance likes to get a little rough sometimes so I'm pretty sure this has a lot to do with my pain but the spotting has me concerned that there could be some damage inside.
I have an appointment with my GP next week and would have to have a new referral to return to the gyn that did my surgery since he has long since discharged me.
I just wondered what you ladies might think in the meantime.

I don't know what to make of it other than maybe it is your ovaries. I hope your doctor is able to help you badlybent..if not find a doctor that will. I have problems in this area myself and am seeking help. Good Luck to you..I hope you get this solved.
