Muscle and shoulder pain ~ anyone else?

I couldnt get on to my Doc today ....heaps of muscle pain ...like a tightening feeling ....after 3 weeks i cant get comfortable when i sit any body else feel this way...also shoulder pain??..feel pretty yukky ...i felt better 1 week ago ...have had lots of tears in the last week due to losing my sister in law could i have done some tummy damage ...have to wait until monday ...oh well I will just try to rest

jsv - I'm not sure that the crying would've caused the muscle pain but stress can definitely affect how we feel and how we heal. You've been thru a rough time so be extra special kind to yourself and get a lot of rest this weekend. I hope when you go to your dr. on Monday you find out that everything is just fine.
