Cost of Femring vs Estring

Does the Estring cost as much as the Femring? I can't afford the Femring anymore... not at $160 a month (when it is supposed to last 3 months)!

YES. At least in my experience. They wanted $164 before meeting my prescription deductible for Estring. When I used Femring my copay was $50 (AFTER prescription deductible met). I assume they cost the same.

I switched to using Estrace tablets (portion of) vaginally. Works for me both systemically and vaginally.

Femring and Estring are not at all the same thing - one is not a substitute for the other. They're different chemically and different dosage-wise also.
