bloating and Yasmin?

I just starte Yasmin a few days ago to try to control my cysts and bleeding. I am so bloated it's painful. Is this a side effect?

I was on Yasmin for several years to control bleeding from fibroids. As soon as I started I had some bloating which went away after being on it for a while. I also gained some weight. I hope that doesn't happen for you. Unfortunately the Yasmin stopped working for me and/or my fibroids just got too big. I had a TAH in July and am now starting to feel better. I hope this info helps.
