Lightheaded and nausea

Hi, I am one week today from TVH and after showering this am, I was talking to neighbor in doorway and felt very hot, lightheaded and had big wave of nausea. I went and sat down, and drank some water. I am still fairly lightheaded. I am a little concerned I am still having trouble with my bowels. I had diarrhea induced by miralax and senna on day 4, but really nothing since then. I do not know if this is related to the lightheadedness. Anyone have anything similar?

Re: Lightheaded and nausea

I had the lightheadedness for about a week too after the surgery. For me it turned out just to be all the medication that was getting out of my system that was making me feel so bad. If you are still taking narcotic pain medications they can cause that too. You are probably still a bit weak from the surgery so just take it easy & give your body a little more time to heal. It will get better each day!
