Fat Fighting Friday, August 28


I can't believe August is almost over!
I am off to work this morning and will be working out today since my headache has finally left.
bkfst - shredded wheat
snack = yogurt
lunch = red berry Special K
Dinner = not sure, maybe out.
Better get going, have a great day.

Margo- I'm glad to hear your headache has finally left.

For breakfast I had Fiber One, blueberries and skim milk.

Lunch was a salad from Sonic and I'm having dinner out with my sister and her husband. I'll probably order fish and will try to keep it OP.

Hi All!

I missed yesterday? Hmmm. I was sure I signed on. Oh well, it was a good day...OP and exercise. I tried the first thing in the morning exercise plan, and it went very well. I didn't push as hard (with the third mile) and my body thanked me. I think I over did it the day before. I'm fighting my allergies again, which is making me schlumpy and tired, but today is better than yesterday, so maybe things are looking up!

I think I will lose one more pound this week but not the two I was hoping for, so I may not meet my little goal. Oh well, if I see the 170's next month, I'll be ecstatic.

Food...one track as planned

Exercise...2 miles plus the bike

today was good, except for dinner of Chinese take out. I always feel like I eat too much.

B - Fiber one cereal and a banana
L low fat hot dog on a bun
100 cal. cookie pack and that was it. I guess that will balance the Chinese take out!!
