hi everybody!!

only two meals today...a sensible breakfast and dinner with a good friend, which was stuffed flounder, risotto, and veg. And, unfortunately! dessert, which I though I deserved since I took half the entree home in a doggie bag!!

Today I hosted a birthday lunch for one of my sisters. I made lemon chicken (not fried first like in the restaurants), and white rice with veggies. For dessert we had ice cream cake. I will skip dinner tonight and get back on track tomorrow.

Had to swim in my wetsuit this afternoon. Brrr! Nighttime temps in the 50s last night, high of 78 today, and the pool is cccc-cold! But I still managed 80 laps (2150 meters) even though I felt stiff in my shorty. I'm just happy I can wear it again! LOL!

Whatever happened to summertime in August? We are usually suffering through high 90s in the afternoon and low 80s at night. Weird.... global warming?

Hi Gang!

Sorry I missed you yesterday. Where does the time go? I hopped on the scale today and 1 lb plus lost this week. I feel that I'm back on track even though exercise was a little short changed over the past several days.

Food on track. No exercise today (don't usually do it on Sundays). Like Ruthie...back on track tomorrow!

Great job on the accountability everyone!
