TVH/BSO - My visit to the Castle

We get there about 6AM. I sign in the lady says go right up. I thought great..not waiting. I get into my fashion gown and was given the big V for relaxing. Next they check all the vitials. Everthing looks good. Next comes the IV. More happy drugs. They tell it is time to go. Say good byes to DH. Go to pre op more happy drugs.They check vitals and decide I'm happy enough to go to the Big O.We get there and they put the oxygen mask on me and I'm fading in and out. They then tell me there has been a mix up. Mix up I reply how? Some how the has double surgeries and he is at another castle and will be for some time. I then go back to pre-op and wait.....wait......wait......some more.By now it is NOON! They then tell me is here and they will take me down shortly.The first run was a trial run.Some hours later I wake up and now the healing begins Thanks for all your kind words and thoughts. I go tomorrow to get my stitches out. Love Cindy
