Mall Walking Then Track Walking Now

I remember end of July I went to the mall a couple of times and felt tired at times and I thought I hope to be able to walk without feeling burnt out, well as I posted earlier I am now walking the track 5 miles every day!!

Good for you!
I have been walking for a while and this year will be participating in the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer in NYC this October. It is great to be able to put all my walking to use.
