Sunny September Sunday, Sept. 6

Good morning, BEST team!

I am about to start my walk with my furry friends, my full time dog and my time share one.

Breakfast was Fiber One Heart Health and blueberries.

Lunch will be salad and turkey breast.

Dinner is too far off to even think about.

Yes, it is a beautiful, sunny Sunday. A great day to be alive. Enjoy your walk and thank God for this good day!!!!

I did enjoy it, thank you! And I thank God for every day. As a breast cancer survivor I have a new appreciation for every single day.

Hi Val2! I am posting late, but at least I made it in. I had a very nice Sunday here, as well.

Enjoyed a lunch out with DH and DD15. Ate 2 tamales, Mexican rice, and some chips and salsa. Dinner was light, since I have no idea how many points I burned with the tamales. But it was totally worth it. I love-love-love tamales!

Then I scrubbed the shower and tub upstairs. Man-oh-man, soap scum is a hairy monster beast! It was due a good scrubbing, as I had only spot cleaned for some time...

Afterward DH and I enjoyed a nice walk through a park across the street from our housing addition. Bear came along, too, as there is lots of grass to run around on. I even did a little running myself. We let him off-leash, and he had a ball. I did too.

Hope everyone is enjoying their holiday weekend. Nothing big planned here, just rest and relaxing, and a little scrubbing! LOL! Tomorrow I will tackle DD's bathtub!
