Time to get moving Tuesday, Sept 8

Just wrote a post and like I have heard from others it went Poof, and all of a sudden there was a web page asking for donations for a country in poverty.

I really don't have time to repost right now.

Hope you all have an OP day and sqeeze in some exercise, I will try and get back on later

Hope everyone has an awesome day

Re: Time to get moving Tuesday, Sept 8

Morning Valorie and all who follow!

I'm back in the routine again. After a little bout with food poisoning? I am feeling ready to get back to regular exercise. I lost about 1/2 pound last week, but I must confess I didn't exercise consistently, so I'm not surprised. I'm happy, though with a loss. Food has been OP.

Food...a little lighter than usual as my tummy is still quite sore

Exercise...I'm going to do the two mile walk without weights. I'll only do the bike if I feel strong enough. No pushing today...just want to get back to good habits.

Have a GREAT day all!

Re: Time to get moving Tuesday, Sept 8

good morning, Valorie and PJ and the rest of the BEST team.

This morning I woke up feeling as if I were coming down with something but still I dragged myself to the gym and worked out. Then I took the little dog for a walk and now I am getting ready to go to my classes.

Breakfast was the usual Fiber One, I don't know what the other meals will be since I don't feel like eating much.

Have a great day!

Re: Time to get moving Tuesday, Sept 8

Yeah, count me in too Kay, kick butt!
Rode 10 miles on the bike this a.m. , upper body weights plus walked the fur-baby.
B-fruit smoothie
S-coffee (I know, no nutrition value there, but I was with a friend)
L-carrots, tomato and I'm not sure what else yet...
D-stir fry with beef and mixed veggies

Lots and lots and lots of water today...got dehydrated a bit yesterday at the poolside picnic, and am retaining water this morning...quite bloated feeling and scale was UP !!! (with no other reason to be - I was a veggie freak this weekend).
