Wonderful Wednesday - Sept. 23

Good day BEST team,

Meals - B - cereal, dried cranberries and juice
L - beans on toast and veggies
S - orange and small muffin
D - chicken veggie pasta soup

Exercise - walk 40 minutes and stairs
