hysterectomy and gall bladder problems?

I had severe hyper emisis when I was pregnant with my son, and I had a hysterectomy in August. And I have been sick this week with nausea and vomiting along with pain in my chest that goes into my back and I'm worried it's my gall bladder. I was wondering if any ladies here have ever had an acute problem with their gall bladder after their hysterectomy?

Thanks so much!!!
