7 weeks post op - still SO TIRED!

Hi gals - I'm getting frustrated again, i am 7 weeks post op and still am just so tired...I think maybe I need to take vitamins or something? Maybe that will help? Any sisters have any advice??

And for some of you who knew, I went out of town this week - due to the incident in new York, I was unable to fly home so I decided to take the train (Amtrek)

WOW - I sat on that thing for 44 HOURS!! I was in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and had to get to Washington State. 44 hours with not being able to shower or lie down and in constant jiggly movement - man was I ever sore when I got home yesterday!! Come to think of it, that might be a reason why iI am so tired....... I do NOT recommend a train ride post op!!

Still tired over here too at 7 weeks post op.I have a house I clean on a regular basis for a little extra cash,and went to clean it today thank God I brought help I could not imagine how tired I would be right now if I had not.

WOW 44 hours is such a long time to be on a train you poor thing my friend.

The tired ain't over yet, ladies. I was still tired off and on, and sometimes completely exhausted, well into my 14th week. Be easy on yourself and rest all you can. It gets better soon. Just not as soon as you might like.
