Pain in lower pelvic area, back pain, bleeding even if ovaries were removed?

I had a LSH BSO on September 2nd. I'm having a lot of pain in my lower pelvic area since yesterday. The pain is like I'm starting my period. I am also having back pain. Is this normal? Do you have any bleeding even if you have your ovaries removed? Any answers are welcomed. Thanks!

Shastitch I felt like I was gonna start when I usually would have started my period I also felt the tender breast but I was so happy when I didnt have the gushes and gushes aunt flo would bring with her. What a relief

The back pain could be from the way you are carrying yourself. That was my cause anyway. Even when I was sitting, I was sitting to protect my tummy. It did go away as I started standing straiter. I did not have any bleeding so I can't help with that one. Best wishes!
