Sexual Dysfunction after TOT or TVT???? Anyone???

I had a TOT done back in March 2009 and when it didn't work, we went back in and did a TVT in August. Prior to the August surgery I had no problems "sexually"- Female ejaculation was still in tact and working fine. Since the August TVT, I have not been able to do so. There is no pain, just the frustration that this "skill" is no longer allowed to happen? Since FE fluids exit the urethra as well as urine, is it possible the sling(TVT) has broken through that process? that muscle? I have all the sensations of reaching "O"- but not able to release FE, therefore not able to folow through with said "O".... I know it is quite possible I need more time to heal, but it has me worried that I will never be able to enjoy intimate moments with my husband again! Just wondered if anyone else was experiencing this problem, or am I really alone!?!

I wish I had some words of wisdom here, but I don't. I am looking at having the sling in December, and am wondering about side effects. I also have this "skill" and would hate to lose it....Have you seen any improvement?
Also, since we're on the subject, did you notice the "skill" becoming harder to acquire as your incontinence worsened? I have. I think it's psychological, because I'm afraid to let go, feeling as though my bladder might leak....What do you think?
