Hysterectomy: May 10th, 2007

Surgery Type: LSH

Ovaries: Kept 1 or both

pre-menopause

I think I am going through pre menopause, teary for no reason, not sleeping well, joint pain, and so on. I've researched and found 11 symptoms of the 16. I am 40 years old and had my total hysterectomy 2 years before, I am getting my ovaries removed in a few months, due to dermoid tumor in the ovary. Has anyone gone through this? Is there vitamins to help with the symptoms?
