At Last...Good-News..Gyn Appt Today...

Hello Sisters,
Todat I had a gyn appt, and finally good news!!! Dr. Rodrigues
is a very compassionate & caring doctor. He LISTENED too all that
I had to say regarding my gyn problems. Also what made this day
very "special" is that my dh took off work to accompany me & he
also told the dr ALL the pain & suffering I've been dealing with.
We all discussed me having an abdominal hyst & yes my ovaries
will be removed... This was such a wonderful experience for me,
seeing a gyn who DIDN'T tell me that everything was in my "head"
and that there wasn't anything he could do. The visist was ALL
POSITIVE & FINALLY some releif to all of my worries & fears about
having a gyn who would listen & take my health care seriously...
My many thanks too Sue for the referral... I appreciate it very much, as you mentioned, Dr. Rodrigues is a loving & caring gyn, &
ALL is soooo very true... So within 10 days I shall have a date
for surgery, and of course I'll let you sisters know.
Also my many thanks for those of you who said a prayer for me

I'm so happy for you! I'm back from the castle and though the experience was not the greastest....I do feel soooooo much better now. Even though I am sore, I can already feel my energy level is way up.

Great news...sounds like your days as a are numbered.

Thanks for reminding us that those great doctors ARE out there. Having a good relationship with your doctor makes the whole experience a less stressful one (IMHO from my own experience).
