14 months after LSH- mini periods and now heavy bleeding..

I wanted to see if anyone else has this problem. I do have the "mini periods" very regular, really no big deal, and nothing to complain about. Once in awhile, I get a litte bright red blood, but only when I wipe...

However, I did a 1/2 marathon last weekend and yesterday I was bleeding...(ruined a PERFECT pair of panties...thought those days were over!.......*sigh*) I called my Gyn. but she is on vacation until Nov. So I called my GP who told me to come in. I did, he did a pelvic exam and said that my cervix is causing the bleeding and to call to make an appt. with Gyn.

So now, here I sit and wait.. ever heard of anyhting like this? The running was not something knew, I have been doing it for over 18 months, so not too sure..

Just wanted to see if any other ladies have "tender" cervix after a LSH.

Hi (((Gina Marie)))

I have not personally experienced this, but I wanted to wish you well and say that I hope that you get some concrete answers. That's great that you are back to running. Wish I could say the same, but I just don't have the knees for it anymore. Please keep us updated if you can. All the best to you!
