Don't know what to do next

Hi,
I'm new to all this! Have a history of fibroid cysts. family history of ovarian cysts, and cancer of ovaries and breast. I am going thru, what my mom calls "pre menopause". Doctor gave me information on hysterectomies, and you site. Never had follow up after ultrasounds or endometrial biopsy. Biopsy normal. cysts have decreased. can the endometrial biopsy also tell if ovarian cysts are not cancerous?
So many questions and so many conditions. At this point I think I should take two asprin and deal with the pains. HELP!

As for your question about the endometrial biopsy telling you about ovarian cysts being cancerous the answer is No. Just as a pap smear can't tell you if you have uterine cancer, an endometrial biopsy can't tell you if you have ovarian cancer. Even an endometrial biopsy can't tell if there is cancer in other parts of the uterus than the part that was sampled.
