Morning All,
OK, I did get popcorn but brought it home to DH, yes I ate a bit but the guilt made me quit. I drank water.
Oatmeal for bkfst today, yogurt and orange for snacks, Lean Cuisine for lunch and pork with rice for dinner.
Curves work out today while I am working.

B - cereal, banana
L - half a bun, turkey & veggies
S - muffin & cheese
D - beef barley soup & ice cream for dessert - I'm hoping the to balance each other out.

Exercise - walk

M - great self control on the movie snacks
