post op hematoma

Thanks for all the earlier info on post op hematomas. When I first felt my "egg" I was a bit frightened but I feel better after reading all the posts. I am still going to have the doctor check it out though. In the meantime, I am going to try the heating pad. I think it's starting to shrink because it's a little itchy in that area.
