First Post - 5 days Post Op - Stunned, Sad, Sore, & Tired

Hi everyone

I'll try and make this short. I am 5 days post op. I was first introduced to the idea of a hysterectomy over a year ago but lived in denial up until about a month ago. I then gave in and scheduled my hysterectomy for 12/21 then after some more test results and strong urging from my doctor last Thursday I suddenly found myself having the surgery this past Monday (11/9)

So I here I sit, stunned, sore as hell, and sad beyond words. I found this site and I am now hoping to find support from others in my same boat.
