How are the JUNE ladies doing out there??

Hi,

I had my TAH BSO on 6/28. I feel better every week!
I still have some pain, but nothing compared to what it was before the surgery. It just takes a long time to recover.
I still get swelly belly every day. I'm able to do a lot of my regular activities again.
On the 27th I go back for another check up and talk about starting with HRT. I'm not sure if I want to take any at all.
Guess I have to make up my mind soon

Hi All June Princesses. I had surgery 6/26 and I feel great. I havent had any pain and have felt good since about 3 wks. post op. I am doing everything I was prior to surgery and have to remind myself that I need to slow down and take it easy. I have had no problems with my incision and if I dont think about it, I often forget that I even had surgery. All of this has been very easy for me..... I dont know why. Maybe because I was looking so forward to my new life and this surgery sure has been something that was a long time coming. I cant believe I put it off for so long. I hope everyone continues to do well. I imagine next year at this time, we will really be feeling great.
