Would using Armour sublingually eliminate SHBG issues?

Does anyone know if using Armour thyroid sublingually avoid the SHBG issue where the estrogen and testosterone gets "tied up" or "bound" to SHBG and therefore not free and able to do their job?

Uzzi Reiss talks about using Armour in his book "Natural Hormone Balance". I remember him mentioning chewing it.
