Menopause

Coping with menopause. Light-headedness, dizziness, heat flashes, night sweats, headaches, body aches, nausea, skin tingling, nightmares, emotional rollercoasters and many more symptoms. And now, arthritis. And my family is tired of all of the rollercoaster. They don't understand 10 emotions in 1 minute. Is it right to keep it all to myself to save their nerves and try to cope internally or just keep muddling threw it?

It is my view that it needs to be addressed, hormonally.

Are you on any HRT? I am sorry you are going through all of this, when my doctor put me on Premarin some of the symptoms have not been as bad. I still have them but not nearly as severe as what they were. I will be getting another tweak in about a week or so I think.
