Bleeding 3 weeks post op - normal?

Ladies-
I am 3 weeks post op. Davinci assisted. Kept right ovary.

The dr said 2 weeks post op I would bleed because the stiches would be disolving. That happened right on scheduled last Tuesday and as of this morning it was over.

This afternoon I was doing some yoga stretching, real mild stretching and the pain on my left side (where the biggest port was, the most painful one) got worse. I stopped and sat down.

While getting dinner, i felt the blood rush. I ran to the bathroom and i am bleeding again, only its worse than when I was bleeding from my stiches. I just passed a quarter sized clot.

What the heck did I do? Normal? Not normal? Has this happened to anyone else?

Since it happened after an increase in activity, it would be a good idea to contact your doctor. There are women who pass clots after surgery, but you will want to contact your physician to get to the bottom of it. Hope you get an answer soon!
