Breast Painfull for over a week

Had a LAVH on 11/3 and remove everthing but the ovaries. My ovaries woke up (they didn't sleep to long), so I've already expirenced the cramping, however my breast have been tender for over a week. Is this normal, should I be concerned? My follow up with my doctor is next Thursday.

Yes, breasts can become tender after surgery. The ovaries may be fluctuating going high and low with the hormones. The tenderness should get better once the hormones settle down.

We had our surgery a day apart.My was nov 4th and my breast are sore too.I have posted that same question about breast soreness and
my reply was there maybe a hormone inbal. there and to maybe talk to your doc about HTR.I too kept my ovaries and thought that I would not need HRT,but it is worth a try.I will be call my doc in the morning.I hope that you will do the same.I hope this will help you.G ood Luck to you.
