Leaving for hospital in 2 hours
So I am scheduled for a TVH TODAY. I need to leave for the hospital in 2 hours. DH has gone to work, we figured he should go ahead and get a half day in because he could. Kids are at school- and I've told them that I'll see them in a couple of days. All arrangements have been made. My Christmas stuff is all done, my house is clean, meals are in the freezer.
And now here I sit. Waiting. For two hours. I am STILL having diarrhea from the bowel prep that I did last night.... and my nerves and anxiety are really getting the best of me!! I have not packed for the hospital yet, so I should go do that I guess and take my final shower.....
Just wanted to reach out and see if anybody was out there this morning....

Carrie-
I see you..... You are not alone, I promise. There are a bunch of women who will come upon this post while you are driving and while you are in pre-op and while you are in surgery AND you will never know that we were there thinking and praying for YOU.....
Im here and Im praying..

Re: Leaving for hospital in 2 hours
Carrie,
It's 3:00 and I am praying for you. I go tomorrow afternoon. I think morning might be better-less waiting. But like you, Christmas stuff is done, house is in order. I am so thankful for faith in God to help take away some of the anxiety. God bless you.
