constipation?

okay, here's where i get to look like a big fool. LOL

what does it feel like to be constipated? i have never had an issue with it, so i'm quite literally clueless here.

i think that might be what's making me feel so hurty right now, but not too sure.

i'm having BMs...and mine have never been clockwork, or a certain amount or anything like that, so i'm lost as to what to compare them to.

but i'm very ouchie. my lower abdomen is crampy/achy, and now it's starting to wrap around my hips and into my lower back. help?

It could be constipation, but could it be that you are doing too much? Have you been lifting anything heavy?

Are you drinking lots and lots of water , and walking Those things can help with constipation. It also helps to eat lots of fiber and cut back on the simple carbs.

If it continues to get worse, or doesn't get better, then call your Dr, he may be able to give you something to help you.
