10 days Lavh cant pee! help

OVERCAME constipation now can't pee. No more than 10 seconds, I timed it, and I drink lots fluids. Have had hard time peeing sin ce they took out foley and I was straining hard beforehand now nothing and I'm in pain. Also, in last 2 days a knot a shelf formed at my right incision site. Advice please

Bipolar42 - Call your doctor ASAP! And if the pain persists...or gets worse - go to the ER! You don't want your badder backing up!

Thanks for advice. I emailed my doctor, its Sunday, and if my pain worsens I guess ill go to ER. This sucks.

That happened to me. I had a UTI and ended getting another foley cath for a few days to give my bladder time to heal. If you haven't talked to your doc yet, please go to the ER.

Please go directly to ER. Not being able to pee is a medical emergency, not something to wait and see about. Please go.
