Abdominal Binder

I am 2 weeks post op. I wear the binder most of the day. I have slept in it a few times. I still have a small part of my incision that is open, about an inch long area. The binder doesn't seem to both it. How often have you worn your binders? I use it to hold ice packs in place as well. I sometimes feel like I need to take it off and breathe. It's not that it's to tight, it's the swelling as the day goes on.

I wore my ab binder when I was up and doing stuff till week 5! Yep some days had to loosen it as the day went on.
