TAH/BSO Vertical Incison: hardness under incision?

I'm 16 days post op.My incision goes from directly beneath my belly button, to an inch or two below my pubic bone. (or I guess I should say, it crosses where I had my bikini c-sections and continues on for an inch or so). In a few spots it's very hard underneath. It's not really tender anymore at 16 days post op, so I can touch it and I'm surprised at what it feels like. The spots in particular are at the very top, at the very bottom, and at the spot where it crosses the other incision sites. It doesn't hurt, it's just very hard. What IS this?

I also had a TAH but I had a bikini incision. I also feel some hard stuff under the incision. I'm thinking its probably scar tissue developing.
Mine is still really tender though and I'm 4 weeks post op. I'm glad yours is feeling better.

Same, some bits were hard until about a year out, especially the bottom part of the scar.
