Hysterectomy: January 21st, 2010
Menopause without HRT

Hi everyone,
I am due my total hysterectomy next Thursday 21st, and I am concerned about being plunged into surgical menopause, I have decided not to go on HRT.
Any advice please on how to manage symptom's naturally

Surgery Type: TVH
Ovaries: Removed both

You can check with your doctor to see if he has some suggestions. I would read and research what is out there that works the best.
