weird sensation during sex

I am 6 weeks post op vag. hyst. Doctor cleared me for sex at 4 weeks p/o. No pain, just a weird "prickly" sensation ,first appearing outside vaginal area now inside when hubby penetrates. Not a pain just weird "pricky" feeling in one area..Has anyone else had similar problem?

I've had that (not during intercourse) but wierd prickly like your foot might feel when it wakes up from falling asleep. I attributed it to nerve damage or nerve rebuilding. Hate to say it but they do cut a lot of nerves and if you had a vaginal hysterectomy there is a LOT of stretching that happens that I think could cause temporary nerve problems. Hope it goes away I don't really notice it as much as a week or so ago.
