Adenomyosis

I didn't even know what this was until the covering doctor saw me the next morning. Plus it also said something on the pathology report about late-secretory endometrium. I can find all kinds of things about the adenomysosis but barely anything on the other. Anyone have any ideas. Google hasn't helped. Just wondering what it means.
