Swelly Belly Band Question?

When I measured for the swelly belly, I came out right at 50 inches. But since we do "swell" after surgery and I am sure that swelling adds a few inches I was wondering what others bought:

Extra Princess:Comfortably fits 42" to 52"
or
Queen:Comfortably fits 50" to 58"

Will my swelling be enough to go ahead and buy the Queen one?

Re: Swelly Belly Band Question?

I had TVH, and while I had some swelling, it wasn't really enough to buy the "binder". I couldn't wear my regular pants (the button and the button hole were about 3 inches apart, so I guess I would have added three inches to my regular waist measurement). But, as I didn't go back to work for a month and by that time, the swelling was mostly gone, I didn't need anything!

Good luck with your surgery!

Re: Swelly Belly Band Question?

I am also having a bladder sling which should be done laproscopic. So I will have those three little holes in my tummy along with the actual TVH.

Thanks for the numbers (inches)! If I go up 3 inches then I would have to say I would get the bigger one.
