question on dosing compounded HRT?

I'm curious what others are using as dose for compounded biest and/or progesterone.
I switched last week to compounded biest .25 mg in a.m and p.m troches and I'm still getting migraine headaches and nausea.
I have been on the patch .03, 075, and .1 and had same reaction it was either daily headaches and sometimes migraine or nausea.
Now with the biest, It seems if I take more than .25mg am and pm, I get anxiety, nausea and headaches get better. When I go back down to .25 mg twice daily, I get daily headaches and migraines. Any idea as to what I should do. How long did it take for others to get relief. If I need to, I can adjust the troche and take more or less till I find it right.
Oh and the weird thing is that the nausea and migraine starts same time every day around 6 p.m.
