Pinching pain in lower pelvic region

I am @ 4 wks post op from LAVH kept my overies. But now I am experiencing random pinching pain in my lower pelvic region, it is so uncomfortable it keeps me laying in bed awake sometimes. I dont know if this is normal or not. After a couple of hours I finally have to take a pain pill to get some sleep.. Also I have noticed having mood swings and thinking right after why did I just act like that. Please help me, should I call the DR???

Re: Pinching pain in lower pelvic region

I always believe that if you are concerned about anything, call your doctor. That's what they're there for -- to reassure or see us if needed. I have had twinges off and on and swear I can feel a stitch poking me at times, even though I had a TVH. If you're having to take pain pills, I'd call your doctor to make sure everything's going okay.

I'm less than the 4 weeks but I did have sharp pelvic pain jolts almost like electic shocks, but they did stop
