Swelly Belly Band

Anybody out there also buy the swelly belly band. I am interested, how long do you keep in on? I tried mine for the first time yesterday and had it on for about 30 minutes.

I bought two, not really diggin' them, my Bali firm support panties are more helpful!

I bought one from this web site and I love it. I started wearing mine after the staples were removed. It helped with the feeling that my insides would fall out. As I became more active, it really helps with the swelling. I wear mine all day.

Do you put it in the refrigerator or in the freezer or let it dry between uses? I am worried the freezer would be to cold. If you wear it all day, how often do you get it cold again?

I guess what I got was the abdominal binder, not the one you chill. I'm senative to cold temperatures so I would like having contact with the cold.
