no ovaries or tubes but uterus still in!!

I've had a biliteral salpingo oophorectomy I've been on HRT no problems ... 10 months later I find myself in pain,cramping and bleeding.. I feel helpless obgyn have been a roller coaster hubby lost his job so insurance not as good and so it a waiting game has anyone had this problem
PLEASE can u give me some kind of hope....

Take it easy.....has your dr. put you on a cycle of progesterone...such as prometrium..? Have you shed the lineing of your uterus since the surgery?
