Question - Two weeks post and new bleeding? Two weeks post and new bleeding?

Hi, I'm two weeks post-op today and been feeling good but have had a light brown semi-smelly discharge until this morning. I woke up to light flow but bright red blood and some moderate pain. What's happening?

Re: Two weeks post and new bleeding?

I’m sorry you’re having problems that bring you here but am very glad you’ve joined and hope you’ll benefit from being part of this amazing support community.

Princess Ruby has linked our Post-Op Page above, which is packed with information, and also the Post-Op Support Forum where you’ll find all the other ladies recovering from surgery. Please don’t hesitate to start a new thread there with your concerns (just as you did here) so others can share their experiences. However, please be sure to contact your doctor also since only s/he can tell you why this is happening.

When you have a moment, it would be very helpful (when replying to your concerns) if you could tell us a little more by completing your Member Survey. This includes information such as why you had surgery, what type/which procedure and whether or not you kept your ovaries, etc. You can do that by clicking on the last link in the reply above.

Sending all good wishes as you continue to heal!
