Monday Morning 3/15/10

Good morning BEST friends,
It appears we all had busy weekends...no posts at all!

This No "Dairy, wheat, gluton, soy, etc etc..." is challenging to be sure!

Here goes...
I'm trying hard with B - gluton free "bread"...with almond butter and a bit of jelly.
Hot tea with honey.
S - apple/carrot/celery juice

Exercise - yoga stretches so far...aerobic weed pulling later today!

Greetings BESTERS,

B - yogurt, kiwi, WW english muffin & PB
L - chicken barley soup and carrot muffin
S - apple
D - anything but chicken

Exercise - walk it, bike it, work it....

Beware the ides March Avoid long meetings and sharp point objects.
