sitting down

Hello,
I'm nearly 4 weeks post-op. (This is the 4th surgery, and they've gotten 70% of the mesh removed. Thank God!!). I'm doing well, but sitting on any kind of hard surface produces an immediate localize pain (always on the left side of the vaginal opening. Anyway, are there any specific rules about sitting that I wasn't told?
Thanks,
writinggal

Re: sitting down

writinggal--

I hope you are feeling even better now that it's been more weeks since your mesh removal. Is sitting better now? Just the tender newness of the surgery makes things feel soooo much harder, I think. I took one of those cushion-thingies (what ARE they called?) around with me everywhere. I still sit on a u-shaped one for my computer work ALL the time. I love those!

I think you can't be too careful with posture and feeling comfortable.

Hope you feel better each day.
