Re: laying on your tummy?

If I put a pillow under my chest and a pillow on both sides to cushion my hips and the wind is blowing Northeast then I can sleep on my stomach.
Otherwise I'm on my back. I'm at 7 weeks.

Re: laying on your tummy?

My incision is still sooo sore after almost 4 weeks... I can lay on my side now but I still get these deep pulling pains that feel like they're going way down into the top of my legs when I first get into position. This morning I woke up on my stomache, have no idea how I got there but I'm sure if my husband was awake he would've heard me groan...which I seem to do every time I move around in the bed these days...

Re: laying on your tummy?

Well-the weird thing is that even though I can comfortably lay on my stomach-I still can't lay on my left side without having a pillow to put my right leg up on (knee raised up)...... and then of course when Im on my right side--I just prop my left knee up on my husband---unless Im having a little heat wave! LOL

Re: laying on your tummy?

I napped on my tummy a few days ago; don't think I could have stayed that way for any length of time. I have noticed that I want a pillow between my knees; even if I am on my back. Wierd huh. Congrats on the comfy position. Every improvement is a milestone!
