biest 50/50 users

Just started on biest 50/50 cream. Was on the estrodot patches before. What dose are you using in your biest cream?

biest users:

Calling all biest users. What ratio is your biest formula? Estrodiol to estriol? That is in the compunded cream. Are you 50/50 or 80/20?

Re: biest users:

I'm on 80/20, but wonder if 50/50 would be better.... I have read estradiol is a key player in bone health, brain and nerve function...

Re: biest users:

I think I require more estrodiol to estriol in my formula. I feel like I am going backwards in the jungle. Is your estrodiol higher than your estriol in your biest?

Re: biest users:

I think for many, there is higher absorption in the vaginal area. So now that you're putting it on your abdomen, you are getting less.
Also, if you're getting it from a compounding pharmacist, maybe they can use a more hypo allergenic base if you'd like to continue in vaginal area.
My bi-est is 80/20 but I am no way near feeling normal. I'm still in the jungle.

Re: biest users:

My life was a sleepless, hot flashing, balding,,fatty..Mess!!
2 years before my hysterectomy I was ready to pack it in then I developed uterine cancer,,after my surgery I had brachy therapy and i vowed to get on the BHRT's..I never looked back,,up until resently,,i slept well..I lost the 8lbs I gained,,my hair stopped falling out and no hot flashes,,I enjoyed a full year of happiness,,other then the lack of sleep lately I am still feeling great..I hope you can get things working for you. Im 61 years old,,how about you??
