Chicken soup anyone???

Well this is the first thing that I have done since my 3/1 TAH and wow I am tired. There is just something about your own chicken soup as opposed to someone else cooking it. My DS is a chef, but I just had to have my own! Of course I had to clean the frig (who knows what the DH and DD have put in there) before I cooked. So, now I am so tired I can't eat my soup; only have the energy to offer you all some "cyber soup" and hugs. I am off to lay down once again!

Re: Chicken soup anyone???

I knowwhat you mean! My DH is also a chef and I couldnot wait tohave some of my ow cooking again. Not that what he made was not delicious, but it was a sense of accomplishment for me that I was on th right track.

Re: Chicken soup anyone???

Hope you can enjoy your soup today, Lisa!!

There's nothing better than homemade soup. I made a huge pot of chicken noodle before my surgery and froze it in individual servings. It was soooo good when I got home from the hospital.

I'm making brownies today so I'll share those with all of ya!! I also have a bottle of cherry wine that I'm going to open today to celebrate my 5 week surgery anniversary.
