picked up my heavy cat 3 times now I am leaking :(

Did I do something to my grade 1 1/2 cystocele? I picked up my cat X 3 in an urgent manner which is something I haven't done for months. (she weighs about 15 lbs.
Now I notice I have been leaking small amts often. I wasn't leaking like this 3 weeks ago?
I do notice my estrogen is low this week, not absorbing the patches? My breasts are more flappy and not fuller like they were.
I notice I am peeing alot more this week. I have had episodes when my levels must fluctuate and the hormones seem low for a short while then things pickup again. I was doing fine 2-3 weeks ago.
I did have lower back surgery about 5-6 yrs ago. Maybe I pinched something down there. [i] have done that before.
when my si joints go out, I notice more leaking until I get adjusted and it stays then I'm ok again.

Just not sure. I was hoping I didn't make my cystocele worse. I may give it some time and do kegals and get my lower back seen to several times before I make any decisions.
Anyone else out there pick up stuff and find they leak more?

15 pounds hasn't been a problem for me. I was given the okay to pick up to 20-25 pounds for the rest of my life. This is something you may want to ask one of your doctors about (back doctor or GYN).

hi, it improved with an adjustment from the chiropractor. need to go back one more time.
