Running and Re-prolapse any advice??

Just wondering how bad high impact exercise like running is on causing prolapse. I just had my "stuff" fixed with a bladder sling, TVT, A&P repair and am having a little anxiety about starting my exercise program again. I would like to do a sprint triathalon series eventually. When i was training before...is when i noticed my problems beginning. It may not have had anything to do with the actual running but just coincidence with the timing. Do any of you runners have any experience with this or advice?
